SMT was formed in the state of Nevada by David M Shapin and Juliann Shapin.

SMT operates in all 50 states and US Territories, as well as Canada and Great Britain.

Juliann Shapin has over 7 years experience in Medical Transcription and over 12 years experience in Information Technology (IT) management. Juliann has a degree in Computer Science.

David Shapin has over 20 years of management experience in business and has a degree in Business Administration.

The goal of Shapin Medical Transcription is very simple. We will provide the most current technology combined with the best customer service in a HIPAA-compliant environment.
Our contract is also very simple. You may cancel the contract with appropriate written notice for any reason. Since the beginning of this company, NO client has ever cancelled a contract with us because of dissatisfaction.
